Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of CERBBBOT Setup Advisor at cerbbot.com and its associated Cloud Run address. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About the service

CERBBBOT provides RC vehicle setup information, workbook search, and AI-assisted answers with source references. Access requires an approved account. Features and availability may change.

Cerberus and Cerberus.com are owned exclusively by Josh Cyril. This site is not affiliated in any way with Josh or Cerberus.com.

Accounts and social sign-in

Use an account you are authorized to access and provide accurate information. Google or Facebook sign-in, when enabled, authenticates your identity through Firebase; signing in does not guarantee approval. The administrator may approve, suspend, or block access to protect the service or enforce these terms. Do not share access or attempt to bypass approval, authentication, or usage limits.

Your use of Google, Facebook, and other providers is also subject to their applicable terms. Social sign-in does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of CERBBBOT by those providers. You may revoke the app’s access through your provider’s account settings.

Eligibility

The service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet your sign-in provider’s eligibility requirements.

Use of setup advice

AI answers and workbook information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your vehicle, track, or class. Check cited passages, manufacturer instructions, and race rules. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply a recommendation. Make changes carefully and test in a safe environment. The service does not guarantee performance, safety, or race results.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully; impersonate others; submit content you have no right to use; upload malicious material; interfere with the service; scrape restricted information; or attempt to access another person’s account, private data, or server credentials. Do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information in chat.

PDF setup sharing

You must have permission to upload and share each PDF, including any third-party content it contains. Publishing makes the original PDF and reviewed settings available to all approved members and allows the advisor to use those settings with uploader attribution. Review extracted values before publishing; extraction and normalization may contain errors. Remove personal or confidential information first. You can remove your setups, but cannot retract copies already downloaded by others.

Your submissions and third-party materials

You retain any rights you hold in the text you submit. You permit the service and its providers to process that text as needed to answer your requests, operate the service, and protect it, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only submit content you are entitled to share.

Workbook content, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute protected content. AI output may not be unique, and you are responsible for checking its accuracy and your right to use it.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes authentication, account records, AI processing, and retention. To request removal of your account, follow the account deletion instructions. Revoking Facebook or Google access alone does not delete the service’s account records.

Availability and termination

The service may be interrupted, limited, changed, or discontinued. You may stop using it at any time. Access may be restricted for misuse, security concerns, or operational reasons. Account deletion and retained information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses resulting from reliance on setup advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Updates and contact

Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Review them before continuing to use the service after an update. For questions about these terms, account access, or a concern about content, contact the site administrator through the channel used to invite or approve you.
